Aesco/Madsen - DM Series

Aesco/Madsen has for many years manufactured the "DM" Series Portable Drum Mix Plant, an innovative solution for the small to medium sized asphalt contractor. These plants, with production rates from 40tph to 180tph have been offered with integral trailer mounted traditional venturi wetwash systems, until now.....

Aesco/Madsen is proud to introduce the newest member to the "DM" Series family, the Integral Baghouse Design. Employing a radically new concept in baghouse design, these trailers average only 6 1/2 feet longer than their wetwash equipped siblings.

Baghouse comes complete with all equipment required to operate mounted directly to trailer frame, including exhaust fan and damper, baghouse drag conveyor bottom with cross auger, blower fitted rotary air lock and dust return blower system.

Mixer comes complete with burner, blower, and fold-up slinger conveyor mounted to frame. Other features include dual axle trailer suspension, ten jack screw assemblies for frame leveling/support and trunnion driven drum (sprocket driven optional).
