RAP Processing Plant

Designed with considerable customer input, the Model 48 is a simple, rugged, affordable RAP feeding/screening/crushing/sizing system all built on a tandem axle trailer.

Key to this equipment is the placement of Aesco/Madsen's popular Hammermill Rap Crusher into the design. Other features include a 16 cubic yard cold bin, variable speed feed conveyor, vibrating screen, and a final product discharge conveyor all mounted inline. Plants come complete with frame mounted control system for stand alone operation and remote controls which will interface to any asphalt plant. Optional magnet can also be supplied.
